Theshala Mills is a Project Architect at TDG Architects, where she has been a dedicated member of the team since 2018. She earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Oklahoma State University in 2016, along with minors in architecture history and sociology. She then spent a year gaining valuable international experience that broadened her design perspective before joining TDG Architects as an intern architect.

In 2023, Theshala earned her architecture license and advanced into the role of Project Architect. Throughout her career, she has contributed to a range of commercial, residential, and medical projects. She has developed a strong interest in healthcare design and planning where she strives to create spaces that are thoughtful, efficient, and centered around the needs of patients and staff.

Theshala delivers each project with intention, technical skill, and a strong commitment to quality.
