A private residence for a young professional seeking to have a unique home experience. Functional, high tech, resilient and easy on the eyes were some of the key words used to drive the design. Using a structural insulated panel system (SIPS) we were able to achieve a formidable strength that could resist a category 5 storm with ease and a insulation factor 10 times that of traditional construction. The system also made the construction much more efficient.
