One of the most desirable places to reside in the world is the beautiful island of Exuma in The Bahamas chain of islands. Engaged by a couple from Finland they desired a simple efficient storm resistant beach house just a few feet from the beach. We created a sustainable, off grid, self sufficient design that could stand alone in any environment. Coastal grade fixtures and finishes, water collection and filtration systems, photovoltaic power and state of the art security and surveillance. Automation was an added bonus to control building systems and features from anywhere in the world.
